Family business that goes above and beyond. Explain in depth how to use equipment but it is impossible to know every job or task someone might be using the equipment on. If you don’t know, ASK. Still unsure, ask again or speak to a different representative. Then treat the equipment like it was your own. If something gets damaged own up to it. If equipment is broken obviously it needs to be fixed. Getting upset that a company expects gear returned in similar shape it left is no reason to get upset. Holding someone accountable is not bad customer service. These guys are very forgiving with folks who don’t lie or try to hide damage. Great company!

We rented a couple of sanders from ABZ for a home improvement project recently. The associates were very knowledgeable as to the tool operation and took time to answer our questions. The equipment was in good shape and we were able to get the job done quickly. I will be back next time I need more rental equipment.
